1. Promoter

1.1. The Prize Draw promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017), The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW (the “Promoter”). Please do not send entries to this address.

2. How to Enter

2.1. The Prize Draw will be available for entry from 00:01 GMT on 09/03/2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 GMT on 30/03/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.

2.2. You can enter the Prize Draw in the following ways:

Online: By completing the entry form at Heathrow Rewards. Online entries are free of charge. A valid internet connection is required to enter the Prize Draw.

2.3. All entries must include your name, email address, postal address (including postcode) and telephone number.

2.4. Entrants will be required to login to their Heathrow Rewards account and indicate via a tick box that they would like to participate in the Prize Draw and click on the “submit” button to confirm entry. Entry is only available via the Heathrow Rewards member website.

2.5. Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any entrant for entering or attempting to enter the Prize Draw.

2.6. By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility to Enter

3.1. Entry is open to Heathrow Rewards members only.

3.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 

3.3. Entrants must prove their age if requested by the Promoter.  

3.4. Entrants must have a UK postal address.

3.5. Only one (1) entry per Heathrow Rewards member is permitted. No automated or duplicate entries will be accepted and any entrant found to be entering more than once may be disqualified from the draw.

3.6. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Prize Draw in relation to the use of the internet.

3.7. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct or which are not eligible under Clause 3.

3.8. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of the Heathrow Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions or these Terms and Conditions by an entrant. 

3.9. All required details must be provided for an entry to be considered valid. Entry cannot be accepted if all required details are not provided, incomplete or inaccurate.

3.10. This Prize Draw is not available to employees of Heathrow Airport Limited, Vueling Airlines or of any third party who are connected with the creation or administration of this Prize Draw, or their direct families.

4. The Prize

4.1. Entrants are eligible to win one of two prizes including:

4.1.1. Vueling Airlines Flight Voucher to Seville for 2 people

4.1.1.1. Valid for one direct return flight under the Fly Light bundle for the winner and a companion (who must fly together) on direct flights operated by Vueling. Flights subject to seat availability. All tickets must be used between 01/03/2026 to 30/11/2026, except for the following blackout dates:

4.1.1.2. From 27/03/2026 to 06/04/2026 (both included)

4.1.1.3 From 29/04/2026 to 04/05/2026 (both included)

4.1.1.4. From 13/05/2026 to 18/05/2026 (both included)

4.1.1.5. From 22/05/2026 to 26/05/2026 (both included)

4.1.2. And City Break Programs for 2 people, including:

4.1.2.1. Two nights’ accommodation in a double room with breakfast at a 4* Hotel. (Redeemable from 1 April to 31 December 2026, subject to availability and advance date confirmation – excluding April and May). Non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4.1.2.2. Guided tour with local guide for 2 people of the Royal Alcázar, the Cathedral, and the Santa Cruz quarter (entrances included). Redeemable from 1 April to 31 December 2026, subject to availability and advance date confirmation – excluding April and May)

4.1.2.3. One-hour boat cruise for 2 people on the Guadalquivir River. Redeemable from 1 April to 31 December 2026, subject to availability and advance date confirmation – excluding April and May)

4.2. The Prize is supplied by Vueling Airlines and Sevilla Tourism Board 

4.3. The Prizes included in this Prize Draw are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash or Heathrow Rewards alternative is available.

4.4. The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being part of the Prize.

4.6. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

4.7. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winners

5.1. The prize winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries after the Closing Date.

6. How to Claim your Prize

6.1. The winner will be notified by the Promoter by the email address or telephone number linked to their Heathrow Rewards account within 14 days of the Closing Date.

6.2. To claim their Prize, the Promotor will provide Vueling Airlines and Sevilla Tourism Board with the details of the winners and shall contact the winners directly within 14 business days of receiving notification from the Promoter.

6.3. If a Prize is unclaimed by the initial winner 14 days after the winner has been notified, the Promoter will make one further attempt to contact the winner. There will be no further correspondence if the winner does not respond to the correspondence from the Promoter within 7 days of the further attempt to contact the winner.

6.4. In the event that one or more Prizes remain unclaimed, no further draws will take place.

6.5. The Promoter’s selection regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.6. Where capable of physical delivery, the Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner(s) by email notified by the winner to the Promoter, within a reasonable timescale after the winner(s) claims the Prize(s). In all other cases, the winner will be provided with instructions on how to book or obtain their Prize(s).

7. Limitation of Liability 

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the prizes to alternative prizes at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, a Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.

7.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Draw. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

7.3. The Promoter does not accept liability for failure of Prize(s) to arrive at their destination where incorrect contact details have been supplied by a winner.

7.4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Personal Data

8.1. By entering this Prize Draw, the winner(s) agrees to their name and location being published on the Heathrow Rewards website in the form of ‘title’, ‘surname’ and ‘country’.

8.2. By taking part in this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their Personal Data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Prize Draw, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Prize Draw.

8.3. Any Personal Data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection Legislation ((i) any law, statute, declaration, decree, directive, legislative enactment, order, ordinance, regulation, rule or other binding restriction (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relates to the protection of individuals with regards to the Processing of personal data to which a Party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (“UK GDPR”) (on and from 25 May 2018), as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) any code of practice or guidance published by the Information Commissioner's Office from time to time).

8.4. Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use the entrants’ Personal Data for the Prize Draw can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accessed at https://www.heathrow.com/heathrow-rewards/help-and-support/privacy-notice  (“Privacy Notice”). Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.

8.5. Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Data under this clause 8 or request that the amount of Personal Data used for the purposes of clause 8 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.

8.6. Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 8.5, the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s Personal Data to such competent regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been validly claimed.

8.7. The winner of this Prize Draw may be asked to participate in publicity.

9. General

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
