Meet & Greet parking is perfect for passengers looking for a hassle-free experience. Drop off your car at the dedicated Meet & Greet reception area of our Terminal Parking, previously known as Short Stay Parking, car parks, where our experienced and professional team will take 360-degree pictures of the car using damage limitation cameras* and park your car in a secure, on-site car park. On return, your car will be waiting for you at the dedicated reception area in your terminal’s Terminal Parking car park.
*Damage limitation cameras are only available in Terminals 2, 3 and 5.
Our Meet and Greet receptions are located in our Terminal Parking car parks, located just 5 minutes from check-in and departures.
Our experienced and professional team will take 360-degree pictures of your vehicle on arrival using damage limitation cameras.
Your vehicle will be stored at a secure, on-airport storage site, with regular security patrols around the clock.
On your return, your vehicle will be waiting for you at the dedicated Meet and Greet reception in your terminal's Terminal Parking car park.
Drive-up prices for Heathrow Meet and Greet parking prices start from £138.60 for one day, but we strongly recommend booking in advance for the best price.

Once you select ‘Get a quote’, you will see all the available parking options for your date of travel. After selecting Meet & Greet Parking, you will be able to then add Fast Track or a Lounge to your booking, too.
At the checkout stage, be sure to fill out the trip details section with your flight number and departure and arrival terminals. This is especially important if your flights are arriving back at a different terminal than you departed.
Our Meet & Greet Parking areas are located in designated areas of our Terminal Parking car parks, which are clearly signposted. Our staff will be on hand in the car park and in the office if you need any further assistance.

We're open from 5:00 to 22:30 for final collections.
With Meet and Greet, you can drive your vehicle into one of our Terminal Parking car parks, leave your keys with us, and we'll do the rest. Our Terminal Parking car parks are just minutes from the terminals.
Valet Parking allows you to drop your car right outside the terminal forecourts. One of our staff will then park your car for you. Your car will be waiting for you in our Terminal Parking car park on your return.
Heathrow doesn’t currently provide EV charging facilities in any of its car parks. With this in mind, we recommend that all customers driving electric vehicles to the airport charge them adequately before arrival.

When you book Meet & Greet Parking, your selected arrival time should be between two and three hours before your flight’s departure time. We advise arriving at Heathrow two hours before a short-haul flight, and three hours ahead of a long-haul flight.
Our Meet & Greet spaces are conveniently located next to our terminals, meaning you don’t need to factor in any transfer time between the car park and terminal on your arrival.
If your return flight is delayed, please call the number on your confirmation email to inform our team. If you arrive outside of the reception’s hours, one of our team will arrange for your vehicle to be returned to the terminal.
Yes, it is possible for you to use a different departure and arrival terminal for your Meet & Greet Parking. When you book your parking, you will be asked to enter your flight information, which will indicate whether you are using different terminals. If this is the case, our team will arrange for your vehicle to be in the correct location.
