After you pass through passport control, follow the signs to the baggage reclaim area in Arrivals.
Check the information screens for your flight number. The screen will show which baggage belt your bags will arrive on.
Free baggage trolleys are available throughout the baggage reclaim hall to help you move your luggage.
If your baggage is delayed, damaged or missing, speak to your airline at one of the desks in the baggage reclaim area. Airline staff can help with baggage delivery enquiries or items left on board.
