Brighten up your Spring by booking a trip to the sensational Spanish city of Seville for some splendid sunny days. From the end of March 2026, Vueling will be flying direct to Seville daily from Heathrow Terminal 4.   
It’ll be the first time Vueling will be flying the route from Heathrow, marking the 10th Spanish destination directly reachable from the West London hub. It joins  Bilbao and Santiago de Compostela, each with a daily flight, as well as Barcelona, which has two daily flights from Heathrow on Vueling.

Best time to visit?

March – June or September – October.  Spring and Autumn offer the most pleasant temperatures for exploration; however the Spanish city has glorious sunny days all year round, making it a great place to visit any time of year. 
Daily temperatures reach a glorious 20°C to 30°C. 

How to get around?

The best way to get around Seville is on foot with it being a very walkable city. You can also explore the historic city centre via trams and buses if needed. 

How many days in Seville?

Vueling’s daily flights from Heathrow to Seville provide the flexibility to explore for as long or as little as you’d like. However, to fully enjoy the main sights, we recommend planning for a 2-3 day trip.

Royal Alcázar of Seville

This is considered Seville’s top attraction and an absolute must-see during a trip to the Spanish city. The UNESCO World Heritage Site is a magnificent Mudéjar-style royal palace, bursting with breathtaking courtyards, fountains, and intricate tilework. It’s really recommended to book in advance to avoid long queues.

Seville Cathedral and La Giralda

Seville Cathedral is the largest Gothic cathedral in the world with incredible architectural designs to admire. It is also the resting place of one of the greatest explorers of all time, Christoper Columbus. Whilst there, it is very much worth climbing La Giralda bell tower for spectacular sweeping views of the city.

In the heart of the city centre is the splendid semi-circular plaza ornate with tiled alcoves and eye-catching bridges. There is also a charming canal in the plaza where you can rent out rowboats and enjoy the city on water.

Santa Cruz Quarter

The historic Jewish Quarter is great for exploring on foot and you wind down the maze of narrow streets lined with white-washed houses and flowered balconies. It is also filled with cosy tapas bars where you can enjoy a drink and light snack during your explorations.
