Login to Heathrow Rewards

If you are unable to log into your Heathrow Rewards account, please take the following steps.

• Check your email address is the one you registered for use for your membership.
• Use your 16-digit Heathrow Rewards number (You can find this on the front of your physical/digital card, or on a previous email).

Please note your password should be:

• At least 12 characters long, use upper and lower-case characters
• Have at least one numerical character: 0-9 
• Have at least one special character: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ - + =

If you are still having issues getting into your account, please use the reset password option and you will be sent an email to access your account. Please check both your inbox and your junk mail for this email.
